Nudibranchs of Anilao
The word nudibranch derives from the Latin nudus, naked and the Greek brankhia, gills. The nudibranchs are a group of soft-bodied, marine gastropod mollusks that shed their shell after the larval stage. There are more than 3000 known species that live in seas worldwide, including tropics and Antarctica.These animals have incredible forms and are some of the most colorful creatures on earth.
