The Interactive Mirrors of Daniel Rozin

Daniel Rozin (b.1961) is an artist who lives and works in New York. He creates beautiful, mesmerising interactive installations and sculptures that respond to the presence of a viewer.
"Fan Mirror" is a free-standing sculpture made of seventeen ribbed wooden spokes that support a total of 153 hand fans from Korea, China, Taiwan, Spain and Japan. Each fan is actuated by a motor that is computer controlled. The sequence of movemenst is directed in part by the viewer's engagement.
