John Brill (b. 1951) is an American self-taught photographer (and a former school bus driver in New Jersey for over 20 years.) After seeing some of his "spectral portraits" here and there on the web, I couldn't find any personal website, but you can learn more about this fascinating 'outsider photographer' on the essential Raw Vision magazine/web
