Some people criticize the band, calling them - among other things - 'dinosaurs of rock', but undoubtely The Rolling Stones are still - incredibly - the best rock'n'roll group on the scene. When I feel down, I take the 'Bridges to Babylon Tour' ('97-'98) Dvd and put it on and soon after I feel good and energetic again. It's incredible and even moving to see Mick singing and running on the stage like a kid and Keith, Ronnie and Charlie playing at great levels...Listen to (and see) 'Gimme Shelter', "Like a Rolling Stone" or "Out of Control" on that Dvd and you understand what I'm saying...Recently we heard a lot about Shine a Light, the new Scorsese's movie that features the band's concerts at the intimate Beacon Thater in New York City in Fall 2006. I haven't seen the movie yet, bud heard a lot of positive comments about it. I hope to see it very soon...Meanwhile I can visit Living Legends, a new video channel on Youtube interely dedicated to the Stones, with historical videos, behind the scenes and even an 'Ask a Question' (to Mick and Keith) option and look at the 'Shine a Light' press conference photos that I posted above...
