Gary Grimshaw, was born in 1946 in Detroit, Michigan (USA). He was a talented graphc artist specialized in psychedelic rock concert posters. A good friend of John Sinclair and the MC5 band , he was a radical activist and a member of the White Panther Party. He worked also as a lights show technician, made some album covers, collaborated with many counterculture periodicals and was associate art-director of Cream magazine for some years. In most recent years he got several health problems and has died in Detroit on January 13, 2014 at the age of 67. RIP brother, you'll live forever in your art....
