Howard Marks (aka Mr Nice) has been one of the greatest hashish (and pot) independent smuggler in the world. In the late 1980s he was arrested by DEA agents in Palma de Mjorca and later extradited in the United States, where he was sentenced to 25 years in prison. After seven years in the penitentiary of Terre Haute, Indiana, one of the worst and more violent prison in America, he was granted parole in 1995 and was able to return in England and regain freedom. He's author of two successful book, his famous autobio "Mr Nice" and "The Howard Marks Book of Dope Stories" and he's the owner of a cannabis seed bank
